As Director – Operations at Nightingales Medical Trust (NMT), he leads the implementation and optimization of eldercare and dementia care programs, driving operational excellence across the Trust’s centres and community initiatives. Prior to joining NMT, Pradeep held key roles at SELCO Foundation, Reliance Foundation, Jhpiego (an affiliate of Johns Hopkins University), and other non-profit organizations, where he managed large-scale projects integrating technology, renewable energy, and healthcare delivery reaching the most vulnerable and underserved populations. His work has focused on improving access, quality, and sustainability in healthcare services across diverse geographies in India. Pradeep holds an MBA in Hospital and Healthcare Systems Management from BITS Pilani, and a Master’s in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys getting his hands dirty in his farm, and spending time with family and friends.

Through her dedication and leadership, she has steadily risen to her current position as Associate Director. Passionate about age care, Swati oversees the Trust’s various elder care projects and is a strong advocate for the welfare and rights of the elderly. Her key responsibilities include strategic planning, resource mobilization, and government liaison. A firm believer in teamwork, she has mentored and guided many team members over the years, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth. Working closely with the management team, she plays a pivotal role in driving the organization’s mission and long-term goals.
An alumnus of the Senior Management Program at IIM Calcutta, Raj Kumar Narang brings 46 years of rich experience as a Financial Controller, spanning banking branch operations, regulatory reporting for UK, European, and Indian banking regulators, as well as finance and credit management.
